A Dutch company that provides solutions for government institutions in the Netherlands
A tool for government employees to create information about services offered by the institution, to facilitate answering the questions from citizens, either by phone, online forms or by email. Multiple government organizations will be able to inter-communicate and share information if they decide it is relevant for other departments or institutions.
The application impacts the way citizens find solutions to legal matters while enabling the government employees to respond to questions faster. Citizens can also use the system to search for specific responses.
Business Need: The need for a faster way of finding information about the services that the government provides for the citizens and the possibility to order documents using online forms and to administer this information.
Mastering the business processes, while developing an application that uses a new type of interface, built using rather new technology (ExtJS and ASP .NET 3.5) and making it usable either in a browser or as a windows application. From a business point of view the biggest challenge was to provide solutions as totally independent modules for each government service.
