The Client is an IT consultancy firm focused on business software development and status analysis in mobile networks (Telecom). It is an international company with regional offices in the U.S. and operations in around the world including Argentina, Romania, Ukraine, Lebanon and South Africa.
Challenges are not unusual in migrating legacy systems.
Working with an existing application required detailed study of the application to meet user requirement to add new modules while preserving core functionality. The goal of robust features and scalable accommodation to new additions in functionalities was met with an on time delivery.
Solution
Our Romanian team worked closely using Agile processes for constant dialog during the development process.
The platform hosts terabytes worth of network data and the results were delivered via a powerful web-based user interface with integrated maps, reports and dashboards.
The platform has been deployed to tier -1 operators in North- America, Asia and the Middle –East.
